Return & Exchange Policy

At Goodfit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags and original packaging are intact
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order
❌ Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
- Undergarments or intimate wear
- Gift cards
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within the return window.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed
Please note:
- Shipping fees 120tk are non-refundable
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (130tk) unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
For damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.
How to Initiate a Return
- Message us at Goodfit with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
- Pack the product securely with original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
- Once received and verified, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange
Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
- If you repeatedly abuse the return policy, we may restrict future returns or exchanges
