At Goodfit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags and original packaging are intact
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Undergarments or intimate wear
  • Gift cards

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within the return window.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed

Please note:

  • Shipping fees 120tk are non-refundable
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (130tk) unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

For damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Message us at Goodfit with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Pack the product securely with original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
  4. Once received and verified, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange

Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
  • If you repeatedly abuse the return policy, we may restrict future returns or exchanges
